|Recapture of Darry|
|Conflict || War of the Five Kings|
|Date || 299 AC|
|Place || Darry|
|Result || Darry victory|
The recapture of Darry takes place after the coronation of Robb Stark as King in the North and King of the Trident during the War of the Five Kings.
With the Battle of the Camps saving Riverrun from the Lannister army besieging it, King Robb gives the riverlords leave to liberate their own seats and lands from Lannister occupation. The forces of House Darry march to Castle Darry, which was captured during the Lannister occupation of the riverlands, and reclaim it in the name of their lord, the child Lyman Darry.
The recapture of Darry proves short-lived, as a fortnight later Ser Gregor Clegane descends upon the castle and puts it to the sword.
