Sea watch

The sea watch was a naval unit active during the reign of House Targaryen, and they presumably patrolled Blackwater Bay and Dragonstone.[1] It is unknown if the sea watch still exists during the reign of House Baratheon.
History
Ser Tristimun, the commander of the sea watch during the reign of King Aerys II Targaryen, was merciless towards smugglers.[1]
