The Others are mysterious beings associated with darkness, cold, and the far North. They move silently through snow, wield strange blades of ice, and are connected with the dead who rise as wights. Long dismissed by many as creatures of legend, they appear again beyond the Wall. Their nature, origins, and purpose remain among the most uncertain parts of the world's history.
