Fishermonger's Square[1][2] or Fishmonger's Square[2] is a market square in Volantis where fishmongers sell their catches.
Layout
Fishermonger's Square is found near the western end of the Long Bridge,[1] with the Merchant's House overlooking the market.[2] The nearby waterside of the Rhoyne has warehouses, brothels, and taverns.[1]
A cracked and headless statue of a dead triarch of Volantis is found in the center of the square.[1]
There is a tangle of wayns, palanquins, and foot traffic in Fishermonger's Square,[1] which can also be busy at night with sailors, whores, and merchants.[2]

A Dance with Dragons
Prince Quentyn Martell, Ser Gerris Drinkwater, and Ser Archibald Yronwood, travel on a hathay through Fishermonger's Square while journeying to the Merchant's House. They see a pair of dwarfs putting on a show in the square, with one on a dog and the other on a pig.[1]
Ser Jorah Mormont brings the captive Tyrion Lannister through the square to the Merchant's House.[2] While chained to a wall in the inn, Tyrion looks out a window at the crowded square. A crowd has gathered about a pair of jugglers throwing flaming torches at each other, and he notices a cyvasse game and hears a woman winging a sad song.[2]
