Kyle Condon is a knight of House Condon.

History

At some point, Condon became a northern knight, which means that he is most likely in league with House Manderly, one of the few great houses of the North to follow the Faith of the Seven instead of the Old Gods and thus have a strong tradition of knighthood. And in fact, he is listed as a knight in the service of Ser Wylis Manderly. According to Lord Roose Bolton, however, Ser Kyle is Lord Medger Cerwyn's right-hand man.

A Game of Thrones

Either way, Ser Wylis and Lord Medger were both captured at the Battle on the Green Fork, so it is almost certain that Ser Kyle fought there as well, perhaps being the knight with a morning star, a northern knight who nearly captured Tyrion Lannister before yielding to the Imp.

A Clash of Kings

During Lord Tywin Lannister's stay at Harrenhal, three dozen northmen and rivermen captured in the battle on the Green Fork are held in the upper chambers of the Tower of Dread, where Lord Medger later dies from his wounds. Perhaps the reason Lord Roose later describes Ser Kyle as Medger Cerwyn's right-hand man was due to Ser Kyle taking charge of the Cerwyn retainers following Medger's death.

The captives held at Harrenhal, including Wylis Manderly, are freed during the fall of Harrenhal to Roose Bolton.

A Storm of Swords

On his way to the Twins to attend Lord Edmure Tully's wedding, Lord Roose leaves a strong force of six hundred men—spearmen from the Rills, the mountains, and the White Knife, a hundred longbow archers from House Hornwood, some freeriders and hedge knights, and some Stout and Cerwyn men—under the command of Ser Kyle and Ronnel Stout to strengthen the defense of the Trident against the Lannisters.
