Ser Mandon Moore was a knight of the Kingsguard. Jaime Lannister considered him the most dangerous of the Kingsguard after himself because his face gave nothing away.[1] In the TV series he is played by James Doran

History

He was a skilled warrior but was not loved by the smallfolk despite his prowess, nor was he close to any of his fellow Kingsguard.[3] Ser Jaime Lannister. Moore is present in the throne room when Selmy is dismissed, and laughs at his former sworn brother's shame.
A Clash of Kings
Ser Mandon was among the escort for the party that saw Princess Myrcella off to Dorne. He guarded King Joffrey I when the mob went mad, abandoning Sansa though he was her sworn shield at the time.[5] During the Battle of the Blackwater, Ser Mandon was assigned to guard Tyrion Lannister.[6] During the battle, Ser Mandon attempted to kill Tyrion, managing to cause a severe injury in his face, but was pushed into the Blackwater Rush by Podrick Payne, where he drowned.[7]
After the battle, Tyrion is convinced Ser Mandon tried to kill him under Queen Cersei's orders.
