A chamber pot, or pisspot, is a portable container kept in a bedroom that is used for night soil.
History
On one occasion, Aerea Targaryen threw the contents of a chamber pot over the head of his stepfather Androw Farman just because she was angry at her mother.[1]
Princess Saera Targaryen once played a prank on her sister Daella, who was afraid of gardens after a bee almost stung her once, by filling her chamber pot with bees.[2]
When Lady Caswell sent Maelor Targaryen's head to his aunt Queen Rhaenyra at King's Landing, she ordered that the head be cremated per Targaryen funeral customs (according to Eustace), but false rumors spread through King's Landing, perhaps spread by Larys Strong, that Rhaenyra had Maelor's head delivered to his mother, Queen Helaena Targaryen, in a chamber pot.[3] After the fall of King's Landing to Aegon II's rival, Queen Rhaenyra, her men found Aegon's wife, the mad Queen Helaena, locked in her bedchamber. When they broke down the doors of Aegon's apartments, they discovered only his empty bed and a full chamber pot.[4]
