Appearance and Character
She had big soft pillowy breasts with wide dark nipples, stretch marks on her belly, a sweet mouth, and a merry laugh. Theon Greyjoy bedded her several times, and thinks there was nothing special about her.
A Clash of Kings
When Theon Greyjoy captures Winterfell, Bran and Rickon hide in the crypts. To hide the truth of their escape, Theon goes to Acorn Water mill and kills the miller's two young children. Gelmarr cuts the millers wife down with one blow of his axe, while she begs Theon for mercy. The dead children are skinned by Reek and Theon proclaims them to be Bran and Rickon.
Theon later has a nightmare that he is in bed with the miller's wife again, but she has teeth both above and below and she tears out his throat even as she is gnawing off his manhood.
A Dance with Dragons
Theon argues with Rowan that he is no kinslayer. He thinks to himself that the two children he killed were just some miller's sons, and that he had known the miller's wife for years. He remembers that she had big heavy breasts with a sweet mouth and a merry laugh - joys that he will never taste again.
