A Game of Thrones

The khalasar of Khal Drogo rides the godsway after arriving at Vaes Dothrak. Viserys Targaryen is dismissive of most of the statues. Daenerys Targaryen finds some beautiful and others ugly; Ser Jorah Mormont assumes the latter came from the Shadow Lands beyond Asshai.[2]

After Daenerys ceremonially eats a stallion heart, a procession takes the road to the Womb of the World so that she can cleanse herself in its waters. She and Khal Drogo have sex by the lakeside, and they then ride on their horses along the godsway to Drogo's hall in Vaes Dothrak.[1]

Daenerys takes the godsway when she visits the Western Market.[3]
