Ser Raynard Ruskyn was a knight who became Lord Commander of the Kingsguard during the reign of King Aegon III Targaryen.[1]

History

By 135 AC, Ser Raynard was a knight of the Kingsguard. At the beginning of the king's defiance against the attempted coup of Ser Marston Waters, Ser Raynard was imprisoned in Maegor's Holdfast after being overwhelmed and wounded by the Lyseni.[1]

After Ser Marston's death, Ser Raynard was raised to Lord Commander of the Kingsguard.[1]
