Lord Alyn Cockshaw took part in the Whitewalls Tourney and was defeated by Ser Glendon Flowers in the tourney. Alyn intended to kill Ser Duncan the Tall by forcing him into a well, however, through a turn of events, Alyn ended up in the well. He almost certainly drowned.
