When news reaches the Twins of the raid on Saltpans, Ser Arwood Frey, Ser Donnel Haigh, and Ser Harys Haigh take a small force to investigate. They find the town in ruins and Ser Quincy Cox locked within his castle.[3] He did not come out to help the smallfolk during the sack.[2]
