Hemlock is found in Westeros, including in the Seven Kingdoms south of the Wall[1] and in the lands beyond the Wall.[2]
History
Lord Rosby drank a cup of hemlock to join King Maegor I Targaryen in death after the latter's downfall.[1]

After meeting Princess Shireen Baratheon and noticing that she had suffered greyscale, Val tells Jon Snow, Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, that it is lethal to children north of the Wall and that hemlock is one of the "cures" for the disease.[2]
