House Harclay is noble house in the North, and one of the Northern mountain clans. They live in the hills to the north of the Wolfswood.[1]
According to semi-canon sources, they blazon their shield with three blue moons, waxing, full, waning, on a white bend, on blue.[2]

- Ronnel Harclay, a ranger in the Night's Watch.
