Port of Ibben
The grey, gloomy Port of Ibben has cobbled alleys, steep hills, and teeming docks and shipyards. The city is lit by whale-oil lamps suspended on iron chains. Its main structure is the ruins of the God-King's castle. Beyond the Port of Ibben, foreigners are only allowed with an Ibbenese host.
A Game of Thrones

When Lord Eddard Stark confronts Queen Cersei Lannister about the parentage of King Robert I Baratheon's children, Ned suggests that the queen exile herself to the Summer Isles or the Port of Ibben.
