Wendish Town is a town with in the riverlands.[2] The location of Wendish Town has not yet been revealed by George R. R. Martin. The town may be under the dominion of House Darry as Ser Raymun Darry reports on its status to the Iron Throne.[2] The television adaptations Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon place Wendish Town north of Raventree Hall and south of the source of the Blue Fork.[3][1]

Wendish Town is the home of the mother and son in the song "On a Misty Morn".[4]
Recent Events
A Game of Thrones
At the beginning of the War of the Five Kings, the Mountain's men lead a raid on Wendish Town and all of its inhabitants are killed. They seek refuge in their holdfast, but the raiders set fire to it and when the townsfolk attempt to flee, they are shot down with arrows. Ser Raymun Darry tells of the attack to the Hand of the King, Lord Eddard Stark, and Eddard sends Lord Beric Dondarrion to bring Ser Gregor Clegane to the king's justice.[2]
