Bracken inn

The Bracken inn is an inn along the Red Fork in lands ruled by House Bracken.[1] The establishment's name is unknown.
Layout
The large inn is located on the southern shore of the Red Fork east of Riverrun. Nearby is a great oak tree which leans over the river. The Inn of the Kneeling Man is further downstream to the east.[1]

A Storm of Swords
While sailing down the Red Fork, Brienne Tarth, Ser Jaime Lannister, and Ser Cleos Frey come upon the inn, which has been burned down to its stone foundation. When they find women hanging from the nearby oak tree, Brienne insists they stop their skiff so that she can bury the victims.[1]
Jaime sees a sign on one reading They Lay With Lions, and the travelers determine that they were tavern wenches killed for having slept with House Lannister soldiers during the War of the Five Kings. Cleos recalls that some of his escort had stayed at the inn while he was traveling back to Riverrun as an envoy of Tyrion Lannister. Jaime ponders that Lord Jonos Bracken had the women killed in retaliation for the burning of Stone Hedge by his father, Lord Tywin Lannister, while Cleos suggests Ser Marq Piper, Lord Beric Dondarrion, or Lord Roose Bolton as alternative culprits.[1]
Brienne climbs the oak and begins to cut down the hanged women. She spots the sail of what turns out to be a river galley led by Ser Robin Ryger, however, so the three travelers quickly return to their skiff and leave the bodies behind.[1]
