House Bulwer of Blackcrown is a noble house from the Reach, sworn to the Hightowers. Blackcrown is located on the northern coast of the Whispering Sound.
Their arms depict a bull's skull, bone over blood. Their words do not appear in the books, but in uncanon correspondence the author has delivered «Death Before Disgrace»

The known Bulwers during the timespan of the events described on A Song of Ice and Fire are:
- Lady Alysane Bulwer: Lady of Blackcrown. A young girl.
- {Lord Jon Bulwer}: Her late father and previous lord of the house. Died of a summer fever.
- Victaria Tyrell: Her mother.
With unspecified familiar relationship with the lord of the house there are also:
- Jack Bulwer: Called Black Jack Bulwer. One of the rangers of Castle Black

- Lady Bulwer, a child of seven, is among Margaery's companions at King's Landing.
- Black Jack Bulwer stayed at Castle Black and survived the battle against the wildings.
- Black Jack Bulwer and twelve seasoned rangers escorted Aemon, Sam and Gilly to Eastwatch-by-the-Sea.
- Margaery Tyrell used to play come-into-my-castle with little Alysane Bulwer.
- Lady Merryweather reported to Cersei rumours that Megga Tyrell was planed to wed Lady Bulwer's brother. It is unknown if this Lady Bulwer refers to Alysane, and if so why he didn't inherit the lordship.
