Sansa is fitted for a new gown and dreams of marrying Willas Tyrell, despite the misgiving of Dontos.

Synopsis

Sansa Stark is being fitted by a seamstress for a new gown provided by Queen Cersei Lannister. Sansa is glad for new clothing, as most of her attire was ruined by smoke and or has been outgrown.

Sansa has grown closer to Margaery Tyrell and the future queen's ladies and cousins. Margaery told Sansa that she does not fear King Joffrey Baratheon, because her father, Mace Tyrell, only conceded her hand in marriage with the provision that her brother, Ser Loras, be named to the Kingsguard; Loras will protect her from Joffrey.

When Sansa visited Dontos Hollard in the godswood and told him about Olenna Tyrell's plan to marry her to her grandson, Willas, the drunk fool warned her that the Tyrells only wish to wed her for her claim to Winterfell, stating, "These Tyrells are only Lannisters with flowers." Dontos told Sansa her that they will escape, as promised, on Joffrey's wedding day.

Despite Dontos's concerns, Sansa envisions a pleasant life with Willas at Highgarden, and she hopes that Willas would come to love her even if he only marries her for Winterfell.
