Gulls are seabirds similar to the real-life animal.

Culture

Gulltown is a port city found in the Vale of Arryn.[1] According to a semi-canon source, House Shett of Gulltown include nine white seagulls in their arms.[2] Ser Damon Shett is the Knight of Gull Tower.[3]

One of the priests of the Drowned God is called the Old Grey Gull.[4]

History

The remains of Arrax were feasted upon by crabs and seagulls after washing up beneath Storm's End during the Dance of the Dragons.[5] The butchered people of Spicetown were left for gulls, rats, and carrion crows after the Battle of the Gullet.[6]

Theon Greyjoy once put an arrow through a seagull on the wing while training with Dagmer Cleftjaw in his youth.[7]
